Google Analytics

 We may share your information with Google Analytics to track and analyze the use of the Services. The Google Analytics Advertising Features that we may use include: Google Analytics Demographics and Interests Reporting and Remarketing with Google Analytics. To opt out of being tracked by Google Analytics across the Services, visit https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. You can opt out of Google Analytics Advertising Features through Ads Settings and Ad Settings for mobile apps. 6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than we retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy, including to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. if you request deletion of your data, we will honor that request unless we are legally required to retain it (for example, for tax or accounting purposes)..

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.

California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.

  • Category D - We keep consumer data (like your name, email, and what services you were interested in) for up to 3 years from your last interaction with us — like signing up for a webinar, downloading a resource, or making a purchase. Why? So we can keep track of what you’ve been interested in, follow up if it’s helpful, and avoid sending you repeat info.   • Category F - We retain internet activity data (like page visits, clicks, and ad interactions) for as long as it's relevant to our business relationship with you — for example, if you're subscribed to our email list, have expressed interest in our services, or have attended one of our events. If at any time you’d like us to delete your data, just reach out at info@pukearinbows.com and we’ll take care of it (unless we’re legally required to keep it for things like tax or accounting).
  • Category G - We may collect general location information (like city or region) through tools such as Google Analytics or Squarespace to help us understand where our audience is coming from. Some of this data is anonymized and used in aggregate (like website traffic reports), while other data—such as location tied to a scheduling or email tool—may be linked to your contact info.   • Category H - In the course of our work (especially during video shoots, workshops, or virtual meetings), we may collect audio or visual data — like recordings of client meetings or on-camera interviews. Sometimes, with permission, we share lighthearted clips (like dance breaks or behind-the-scenes moments) on social media. We retain these recordings for as long as they’re relevant to the services we’ve provided or may be used for promotional purposes, unless a client requests deletion. We never publish sensitive footage without prior verbal or written consent, and we’re happy to remove any posted clip upon request.
